Problem

The event’s map was overwhelmingly cluttered, causing confusion among attendees.

During the GPAI Summit, the map design was burdened with excessive information, making it difficult for participants to quickly locate essential booths and startups. This clutter led to information overload and disrupted the flow of the event, leaving users frustrated and lost in a sea of details. The complexity hindered effective communication of the event’s layout and diminished the overall experience. It became clear that a simplified, user-centered approach was needed to untangle the chaos and restore clarity.
